Lodging & Roommate Details
Most rooms will include two queen beds. All queen and king beds will be shared with at least one other guest unless you upgrade to a private bed or room.
Twin-size beds and pull-out couches will not be shared.
Following the Meet & Greet on March 1st, all confirmed guests will receive a Google Form to request specific roommates and share housing preferences (sleep schedule, room type preferences, noise level, etc.). While roommate requests are not guaranteed with a General Ticket, we will make every effort to match you with your requested roommates and compatible preferences.
To guarantee specific roommate arrangements or privacy, we recommend purchasing one of the room upgrade add-ons below.
